About This Role:
Forrester is seeking a Instructional Designer to play a key role in the transformation of our approach to sales training. You must share a passion for developing innovative and engaging technology-based learning solutions that address the evolving needs of a new generation of learners, focusing on facilitation over delivery, practice over presentation, and curation over curriculum creation.
You will be courageous in your commitment to redefine the design and development of learning experiences that facilitate acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies for our global sales organization. Using Design Thinking methodology, you will establish creative standards for a blended approach curriculum that includes; ILT, VILT, eLearning, podcasts, video, just-in-time learning, gamification, and assessments. You will collaborate with the sales training and enablement department and subject matter experts across Forrester to develop a skills-based sales training curriculum that meets our global sales team’s needs. Your work will benefit the entire sales force, from new hires through ongoing development of our tenured sales team members.
