About This Role:

Forrester is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our global organization. We are seeking an innovative, intellectually curious, hands-on recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of roles, which may include research, product, sales, and G&A roles. This role is responsible for developing and implementing robust recruiting plans and will heavily utilize direct sourcing and social networking to deliver highly qualified candidates in a timely manner. This position reports to the director of talent acquisition within the employee experience organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies for your clients within Forrester; this includes creating a proactive sourcing strategy, sourcing talent directly, conducting preliminary screens, superior competency-based interviewing, and facilitating interview team kickoff and debrief sessions.
  • Proactively find the right talent utilizing a variety of sources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the diversity of our talent pool, increase the number of employee referrals, and identify internal candidates.
  • Meet regularly with internal stakeholders and hiring teams; communicate key metrics and insights on the recruiting pipeline and high-level strategy.
  • Continuously work on ways to improve the process.
  • Partner effectively with other colleagues across the employee experience team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • A passion for ruthlessly identifying, recruiting, and assessing talent. 
  • The ability to think strategically and influence hiring managers at all levels of the organization. 
  • Experience with application tracking systems and knowledge of compliance issues related to recruiting.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines. 
  • Discretion around sensitive company information.
