About the Role

The Production Associate focuses on the timely production of Forrester’s syndicated research. Candidates must be able to juggle multiple tasks that share similar deadlines while interacting with other team members, editors, members of research teams, and the company as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Convert research documents for posting to Forrester’s corporate website and other outlets. 
  • Create PDFs of research documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Convert graphic files for print and web deliverables using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. 
  • Perform quality checks of print and web versions.
  • Manage corrections or revisions to previously published research. 
  • Prepare production files for reprint or translation vendors.
  • Support research, editorial, and public relations colleagues when navigating the publishing process.
  • Participate in user acceptance training when new processes and products are introduced.
  • Work with the tech management team to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in special production-related projects and initiatives including, but not limited to, supporting the delivery of our content in new digitized formats.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (experience in a corporate work environment is a plus).
  • Someone who is detail-oriented with unwavering standards for quality.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience is required.
  • Some hands-on experience with HTML and JavaScript is required.
  • Experience with content management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively with internal clients and the publishing team.
  • A positive and professional attitude, openness to different points of view, and the ability to collaborate.
