About This Role:
Analysts conduct innovative research and deliver advice through written reports, consulting, client inquiries, and speeches. As a part of Forrester’s research team, this Analyst serves professionals who are responsible for the success of their firms’ CRM technology strategies related to supporting direct sales forces, including, but not limited to, sales force automation (SFA), customer success, relationship analytics, and sales engagement platforms across a variety of different vertical markets.
Candidates need a strong understanding of the technology, vendor solutions, processes, governance, and trends that technology professionals supporting sales organizations are facing today and an appetite for conducting and writing research to stay abreast of those issues.
