    About This Role:

    Join Forrester’s Employee Experience team and play a lead role in driving change across cultural, operational and strategic lines to embed new behaviors and new thinking for new results. Forrester is on a journey to embolden our inner entrepreneur, through deeper and sustained empathy for our customers, following them to new problems we can solve and new needs we can meet. Design experiences, build programs, and leverage tools that will accelerate our innovative efforts in large scale, cross-functional transformations, as well as smaller-scale innovations that will improve employee and client experiences, quickly and simply.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and implementation of a new innovation program, in collaboration with the chief people officer and PLC
    • Accelerate the understanding and application of ideation tools and methods (design thinking, user-design research and cocreation, rapid prototyping, coaching or leading of sprints).
    • Identify external tools that can be utilized and applied to scale (organizational readiness assessments, cultural health assessments, change management tools, innovation processes and platforms, etc.)
    • Establish metrics to test and evaluate ROI on innovative efforts, including goal setting, companywide recognition, and incentive planning.
    • Increase Forrester's capacity to innovate by evolving current norms and filling gaps around culture, competency and hiring profiles, leadership and overall skill development, organizational design, and physical space.
    • Accomplish the above through program design, facilitation, and coaching across all levels in the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Ten-plus years of business experience leading innovative teams or projects that resulted in increased efficiency, elevated experiences, or improved or new products through increased use of innovative practices, tools, and methods.
    • A persistent culture builder, focused on a culture of entrepreneurship, permission to innovate, learning by doing, risk taking, and customer centricity.
    • Experience delivering value and impact through others by influencing the practices, thinking, and action of those outside of your team or function.
    • Proven success inspiring, developing, and empowering team members to deliver beyond their perceived capability.
    • Demonstrated skill in project or program management.
    • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills, at exec and senior levels.
    • Expertise in change management and organizational development a plus.
