    About This Role:

    The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to six product line leaders who report directly to the chief research and product officer. The Administrative Assistant will manage the calendars of these senior product leaders, making tradeoffs and proactively addressing scheduling challenges, as well as communicating with clients and internal stakeholders about their scheduling requests. The Administrative Assistant will also manage the travel for these leaders, which includes making arrangements for in-person presentations and stakeholder meetings in various Forrester offices.


    This is an excellent opportunity for a person who seeks a high degree of independence and responsibility and who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. The position requires the handling of confidential data and interaction with senior leaders.


    • Support the product and research vice presidents in administrative aspects of the business, with a heavy emphasis on scheduling, calendar management, meeting logistics, and planning.
    • Maintain business relations and interact with all members of the company and on occasion with clients and vendors.
    • Provide general administrative and organizational support to help the product leadership team operate efficiently.
    • Manage logistics for travel to clients and regional offices.
    • Complete travel and expense reports.
    • Provide project support for semiannual large group team meetings, including catering, roster management, budgeting, and participant registration.


    • Three to five years of administrative assistant experience in a similar capacity.
    • A B.A./B.S. is preferred.
    • Someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, and a team player with a positive attitude.
    • A well-organized, detail-oriented professional who is able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • The ability to produce high-quality work quickly.
    • Executive-level oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to demonstrate discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with high-level executives.
    • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Experience planning and executing corporate events is a plus.
