    About This Role

    Forrester is looking for a Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager who would develop and execute digital marketing and content strategies that promote Forrester and its products and services. This role has two primary aspects: 1) Build awareness and drive adoption and engagement for Forrester's consumer app, Tap; and 2) Support Forrester's overall corporate marketing initiatives within the digital and social space.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and evolve creative, strategic brand-building programs through digital and social media channels
    • Lead and execute the marketing strategy to drive awareness and adoption of Forrester's consumer app, Tap, across digital and social channels
    • Create and manage Forrester paid media campaigns, including content creation, implementation, optimization, and reporting
    • Define, measure, analyze, optimize, and report efforts (e.g., budget, goals, KPIs, and ROI metrics) to understand channel health and impact on business
    • Develop and lead influencer marketing efforts, including Forrester analysts, macro and micro influencers, and brand ambassadors
    • Lead social listening efforts by monitoring and assessing data across various channels impacting both the Forrester brand and Tap; perform ongoing analysis of social and online data to identify macro and micro trends
    • Perform day-to-day community management across social media channels
    • Work with content and creative team on crafting stories that drive results
    • Identify and evaluate new technologies and platform launches and update
    • Ongoing management of creative and advertising agency

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field 
    • 5-7 years B2C digital marketing experience, including solid experience in social media and digital advertising; B2C and B2B marketing experience a plus
    • Empathizes with the consumer/customer – and keeps experience front and center in the design and execution of social media campaigns
    • Proven track record of leading successful digital and social media marketing campaigns from ideation to completion
    • Expertise with Google Analytics, SEO, Google Adwords (search, display, video), paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), retargeting platforms/networks
    • Experience with social media publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and social listening platforms
    • Experience developing and implementing influencer marketing and user generated content campaigns
    • Experience managing an advertising and/or social media agency
    • Learns quickly and is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Strong critical thinking skills; capable of solving complex problems in ways that challenge the status quo 
    • Uses both data and intuition to make decisions
    • Works within diverse teams; teams composed of different skills and functions
    • Is persistent and tenacious in driving results
