    About This Role:

    The Office Coordinator, a member of the Corporate Services and Finance teams, must have strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and set priorities, maintaining a functional office environment for employees of Forrester's headquarters in Cambridge.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee mailroom – process in-bound and out-bound packages and mail including recipient notification and invoice processing. Maintain relationship and reviews of vendors.
    • Proof, approve, and process business card requests from submittal through invoicing; maintain relationship and oversight of print vendor.
    • Maintain the corporate letterhead/envelope inventory.
    • Monitor and respond CS Request database throughout day from submittal to action to
    • Maintain the office environment on designated floors through proactive quality checks.
    • Maintain meeting and conference rooms — markers, whiteboards, cables, etc.
    • Stock office supply cabinets and printer stations.
    • Maintain office equipment, including printers, coffee machines, etc.
    • Contribute to team rotation of front desk breaks (lunch, illness).
    • Provide back-up and/or support of team services — catering, new hire set-up, facilities, etc. -- as needed.
    • Assist with the coordination, setup, and breakdown of corporate events.

    Qualifications

    • One to two years of office administration and/or customer service experience (a plus).
    • A team player.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to identify issues and propose solutions or new processes.
    • Great time management and priority management in order to get the job done well!
    • Must be punctual.
    • Proficiency on a PC, Outlook and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
    • Someone who is capable of heavy lifting; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
