    About This Role:

    As a Content Marketing Partner, you will work closely with sales to design content marketing solutions to help our clients more effectively message and position their solutions and develop content to support their marketing strategies and programs. You will represent the full power of Forrester’s content marketing portfolio, working with the consultants and analysts to efficiently package a solution tailored to a client’s specific business objective. By architecting solutions that incorporate several Forrester capabilities, you will understand what drives your clients’ success, challenge them to think differently, and provide highly valued business insight to enable them to win, serve, and retain customers.


    • Be the expert on Forrester’s content marketing offerings.
    • Engage with sales to develop a sustainable content marketing pipeline to meet and exceed forecast bookings targets.
    • Evangelize content marketing with Forrester clients and internally with your sales partners, build enthusiasm for content marketing offerings, and train sales to find and listen for opportunities.
    • Partner with Forrester’s global sales and content marketing teams to support the sales process from lead qualification through project booking.
    • Understand and analyze client challenges, and map Forrester’s capabilities and solutions to those needs.
    • Build a solution framework in collaboration with content marketing delivery teams and then present it to clients.
    • Demonstrate strategic acumen and comfort conducting value-added interactions with senior-level decision makers in B2B and B2C organizations.
    • Coordinate acceptance of scope between Forrester and clients, and share the responsibility with the consulting delivery team to win profitable business.


    • Four years or more of proven sales and/or business development experience in market research, data analysis, or high-tech products and services; previous experience selling to technology providers (vendors) is a plus.
    • A proven track record of successful project management, demonstrating the ability to leverage the right resources at the right time to complete client proposals.
    • Superior communication skills, including making presentations, scoping projects, and writing proposals.
    • Someone who is self-motivated, competitive, and has experience working in a team environment.
    • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand clients’ business requirements, in order to qualify and propose project solutions that address client challenges.
    • Demonstrated customer relationship management, organization, and time management skills.
    • A B.S./B.A. degree; this is required.
    • A willingness to travel as needed.
