    About This Role:

    The Executive Assistant provides support to our Chief Product and Research Officer (CPRO) and Chief Consulting Officer (CCO) who run global teams totaling nearly 700 employees. This person coordinates and organizes calendars, meetings, and correspondence; and plans for travel for both executives. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for organizing and handling special projects as assigned by the executives. The Executive Assistant frequently interacts with all levels within the company and assists with corporate projects as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who seeks a high degree of independence and responsibility and who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. The position requires the handling of confidential data and interaction with top executives both within client companies and Forrester.



    • Proactively support executives in all administrative aspects of the business including maintaining and prioritizing calendars.
    • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and conference calls. This includes setting up and running audio/video, recording calls, creating and distributing meeting material, and maintaining meeting notes, minutes, and follow up - as needed.
    • Manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, trains, cars, agendas, etc.) to clients’ and regional offices for the CPRO and CCO.
    • Prepare detailed meeting itineraries and logistics, meeting minutes, complex expense reports and confidential PowerPoint presentations.
    • Coordinate client meetings and visits, including packaging (with inputs from the Client Executive) background research on the client or prospect and assisting with follow-up.
    • Complete expense reports for the CPRO and CCO.
    • Prepare accurate, high-quality correspondence, and assist with preparation of speeches and presentations.
    • Interact frequently with all members of the company, as well as clients, vendors, and business relations.  
    • Complete project work as needed.
    • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants as part of a team approach for support across the executive team during vacation, personal time or times of high utilization.

    • Five to seven years of executive assistant experience in a similar capacity.
    • B.A./B.S. (preferred).  
    • Someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, and a team player with a positive attitude.
    • A well-organized, detail-oriented professional who is able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously.   
    • The ability to produce high-quality work quickly.
    • Someone who is proactive and able to plan out months in advance.
    • Executive-level oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to demonstrate discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with high-level executives.
    • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Able to prioritize conflicting needs; handle exceptional matters expeditiously, proactively and followed-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
