    About This Role:

    The Graphic Designer will play an important role in ensuring that Forrester presents consistent and high-quality deliverables to our most important clients. We are looking for a creative designer with up-to-date design knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of deliverables across both digital and print mediums, including: infographics, data visualizations, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, and more. You may also have the opportunity to shape the consulting brand identity by creating powerful client-facing collateral.


    • Coordinate all aspects of deliverable production, including preparing final designs and checking and approving color, typography, and images while ensuring all parties are informed of and meet tight deadlines.
    • Expand the visual identity of Forrester’s events organization through the creation of new types of digital and print assets.
    • Partner with our delivery teams to ensure we present high-quality collateral.
    • Maintain a repository of the above graphic collateral that our delivery teams can leverage when building deliverables.
    • Design and develop templates for external-facing communications.
    • Assist in the design and development of internal training collateral.


    • A graphic design degree and two to three years of experience.
    • A portfolio of client work that demonstrates your design skills and range.
    • Exceptionally strong communication, project management skills, and get-it-done instincts.
    • A proven track record for creating high-quality deliverables.
    • Exceptionally strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
    • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite; this is required.
    • Proficiency with PowerPoint functionality; this is required.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs; this is required.
    • An understanding of or experience in events; this is a plus.
    • Knowledge of HTML coding and basic CMS experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
