    About This Role:

    Reporting to the director of global HR operations, the HRIS Analyst analyzes, designs, implements, and maintains Forrester’s human resource information system databases, including Cornerstone, PeopleSoft, and iCims, by providing top-quality data management support and reporting. The HRIS Analyst is also responsible for accurate reporting and data integrity of our HR systems. He or she will regularly support additional employee experience initiatives by partnering with business partners and the compensation; benefits; talent acquisition; and performance, learning, and culture teams as needed.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the highest level of data integrity throughout all human resource systems through audits.
    • Maintain PeopleSoft (HCM, benefits, and absence management system); Cornerstone (performance, learning, and compensation system); and iCims (applicant tracking system).
    • Partner with the internal business technology team to troubleshoot and solve systems’ usability issues.
    • Participate in system testing around new system functionality, issue resolution, upgrades, and HR system implementations, tracking areas of concern or failure.
    • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics for the organization. This includes but is not limited to information around headcount, terminations, hires, leaves, time off, and performance data.
    • Consult with managers and human resource business partners to scope and provide management reporting to guide critical people management decisions.
    • Provide support to employees around the use of all HR systems.
    • Assist with the development of training and documentation of proper system use for all HR systems.
    • Create and maintain HRIS-related process documents.
    • Support employee experience initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in HRIS products preferred; experience producing analytics containing sensitive information and high levels of accuracy.
    • Strong MS Excel skills.
    • A data-driven business mindset.
    • The ability to gather/build and synthesize data and provide recommendations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • An agile thinker with the ability to be flexible and an understanding of how to prioritize.
    • A self-starter and team player. 
    • Three to five years of related experience.
