Most of all, bring a point of view; here, every voice has value. At Forrester, you’ll work with innovative clients at emerging and established brands; these are the business and technology leaders we inspire and who inspire us. The Forrester experience is built on a singular, powerful purpose: to challenge thinking and lead change.

    About This Role:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing analytics technology team. In this role, you will design interactive experiences for our growing analytics product that get implemented by our engineering team. You’ll also collaborate with various partners to establish best practices and guides for our analytics applications.

You will be a key part of the Forrester analytics team’s efforts to embed our data products into our clients’ daily lives. As such, we are looking for an experienced designer who collaborates well with others and loves building data products. We have a small, collaborative, no-ego team, and we are looking to expand.

    • Create design concepts from user requirements. Based on user research, create designs that can be implemented to satisfy user and business needs.
    • Iterate designs based on feedback. Listen to and learn from user and stakeholder feedback to iteratively improve designs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally. You need to be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple functional areas and departments (engineering, client service, data science, and product management) to build data products that delight our customers.
    • Utilize lean approaches to new product design. You’ll also be a key part of the new product development teams to quickly design testable interfaces that influence the products we build.

    • Must love data and building things. Ideally, you have experience designing data visualizations or analytics tools, we will ask to see your porfolio.
    • Has strong working knowledge of design principles, a strong visual aesthetic, and experience creating visual systems and delivering beautiful, high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
    • Has experience creating flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps (e.g., Azure RP, InVision) that can be implemented by engineering teams.
    • Has experience analyzing qualitative user feedback (e.g. Qualtrics, Usabilla) and behavioral tracking such as Google Analytics.
    • Is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
    • 2+ years of experience

If you're excited about this role but do not meet 100% of the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply.
