    About This Role:

    We are looking for a top-producing sales and account professional who can assist us in expanding our existing account base in the US. A Sales & Account Executive who has prior experience selling business services to industry professionals (all levels of clients, from C-level and down) in a highly innovative or competitive market would be an advantage. He or she must excel at finding and closing new business, maintaining and building on current relationships, and be able to command presence with his or her strong business acumen. Success in this position requires a transparent and repeatable sales process.


    The Sales & Account Executive must meet his or her quota on a monthly and quarterly basis, which will require significant prospecting efforts leading to numerous meetings weekly. The Sales & Account Executive will have the opportunity to bring FeedbackNow innovation to top executives. This position requires travel as needed.


    • Prospect and close appropriate new-business prospects from a wide array of industries in the United States and Canada.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenues and ensure client retention.
    • Generate healthy growth by delivering long-lasting impact and results at clients.
    • Establish, maintain, and develop client relationships — at all levels of their organization.
    • Maintain weekly/daily metrics for the role and an appropriate sales pipeline of roughly 10-times quota.
    • Keep track of customer index progress and understand business challenges to effectively recommend improvements based on FeedbackNow’s solutions.
    • Produce accurate and timely forecasts.
    • Develop a complete understanding of FeedbackNow’s solution.


    • A bachelor’s degree.
    • At least three years of proven success in a similar role, specifically with new-business development, client management, or solution selling.
    • A sales mindset with strong drive and commitment.
    • A “can do” mentality.
    • A client service orientation to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty overtime.
    • High interest in making a difference and improving customer experience
    • Soft skills such as interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the client organization.
    • A large dose of pragmatism.
    • Effective presentation, organization, and time management skills.
    • A team player.
    • A fast learner who is at ease with technology.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
