    About This Role:

    The Analytics Client Specialist is an integral member of the analytics client service team, which provides structured and personalized service for clients of Forrester’s analytics product offerings. Forrester’s analytics solutions provide insights into consumer and business attitudes, behaviors, and motivations toward technology and the impact of technology in personal and business settings.

    The Analytics Client Specialist works directly with a team of analytics client managers, who build strong client relationships by aligning insights from Forrester’s data resources to our clients’ strategic initiatives and tactical business questions. The Analytics Client Specialist helps strengthen the client relationship by supporting clients’ analytics engagements to drive value and renewal.

    The Analytics Client Specialist will work closely both with the broader analytics team as well as the sales organization to continually help build and improve the engagement and experience of our analytics clients. Through this role, the Analytics Client Specialist will expand his/her knowledge of client management, data analysis and visualization, and technology trends.


    • Strengthen the analytics client relationship to help drive engagement, value, and client renewal.
    • Gather and analyze data on client engagement behaviors (including digital and other key client engagement metrics) to derive insight on client relationship health and identify any potential engagements risks.
    • Work with internal partners to think creatively to determine new deliverables, insights, or modes of communication that will elicit responses from inactive clients.
    • Liaise with internal partners, account teams, and the broader ecosystem to deliver perspective on opportunities for greater engagement or enrichment.
    • Provide internal support to ensure that the largest impact on client satisfaction and internal account servicing efficiencies is achieved.
    • Operate fluently across multiple internal systems to ensure organization and maintenance of relevant engagement and analytics business usage information,
    • Conduct digital tool training, onboarding demos, or other digital support for clients.
    • Assist in the preparation of client-facing analytics deliverables or fulfillment of ad hoc client needs.
    • Listen in on analytics deliveries and related engagements to coordinate follow-ups or other client needs.


    • One to three years of professional experience, with a foundational exposure to quantitative analysis, research, marketing, or technology strategy.
    • A proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, goals, and commitments.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other client engagement systems.
    • Driven to delight clients with excellent service.
    • A problem solver who is able to synthesize incoming information to identify issues, troubleshoot, and creatively craft solutions.
    • Someone who takes initiative and seeks to continuously build their business and quantitative acumen and understanding of analytical solutions.
    • Energized by continuous learning and can apply learnings to new and different situations.
    • Thrives and has achieved results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
    • Enjoys being relied upon as a hands-on contributor.
