    About This Role:

    Forrester seeks an Associate Product Manager for its reprints product. Forrester’s product teams play an essential role in helping to identify and translate client and market needs into commercially viable products and solutions. Our reprints product team members work closely with clients to understand their content marketing challenges and drive commercial success with essential pre- and post-sales support.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with our research and reprints product strategy teams on identifying current and future needs.
    • Define product strategies and road maps addressing prioritized needs and opportunities.
    • Partner with our sales organization and support presales activities, including product introductions, demonstrations, and needs assessments.
    • Engage with clients to identify and share best practices for leveraging Forrester content into marketing campaigns.
    • Drive post-sales production coordination among our clients and reprints fulfillment teams to help our clients drive successful content marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with Forrester’s sales teams to help them stay abreast of and speak confidently to content marketing trends identified through Forrester’s research.

    Qualifications

    • One or more years of hands-on experience with content marketing and campaign execution and of working with a team to position valuable content marketing solutions to clients.
    • One or more years of experience managing comprehensive client projects and deliverables.
    • One or more years in sales or product management roles in consulting, agency, software, or related businesses.
