    About This Role:

    The Associate Information Architect will manage the information architecture for Forrester’s Customer Experience Analytics data. This includes organizing, labeling, and tagging our data for consumption by various tool sets such as search, visualizations, and APIs.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the information architecture for Forrester’s Customer Experience Analytics data. Your responsibility is to persistently, proactively, and iteratively improve our information architecture to facilitate a better user experience. On a daily basis, you would work with other teams to accomplish tasks such as:

      • Labeling: Design concise, usable labels for our existing data points.
      • Metadata: Create and maintain metadata for our data warehouse. For example, enhance our tag taxonomy to add richness to our existing data.
      • Relationships: Identify which data is trendable, which data is related, and which fields are in common among a disparate set of data.
      • Process improvements: Identify areas where the process needs subject matter experts, and manage the process of including and utilizing the subject matter experts’ expertise.

    Qualifications

    • One-plus years of related experience in data management, business technology, social science research, market research, or client management roles.
    • Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of data, technology, analytics, and subject matter experts to develop well-written documents and presentations.
    • Experience with primary social science research methodologies and tools (R and/or SPSS).
    • Familiarity with data management tools such as SQL.
    • Functional knowledge of the technology landscape, including user devices, infrastructure, and software and services markets.
