About This Role:
Reporting to the director of global HR operations, the HRIS Analyst analyzes, designs, implements, and maintains Forrester’s human resource information system databases, including Cornerstone, PeopleSoft, and iCims, by providing top-quality data management support and reporting. The HRIS Analyst is also responsible for accurate reporting and data integrity of our HR systems. He or she will regularly support additional employee experience initiatives by partnering with business partners and the compensation; benefits; talent acquisition; and performance, learning, and culture teams as needed.
