    About This Role:

    The Customer Success and Supply Associate will be responsible for supporting the manager to build a fast and efficient supply chain for the FeedbackNow solution in the US. He/she will support activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving. He/she should have a strong client orientation and be committed to quickly satisfying client requests.

    Responsibilities

     

    Inventory Management

    • Support the manager to build a fast and efficient supply chain for the FeedbackNow solution in the US.
    • Help build a scalable delivery model of hardware for clients.
    • Support the implementation of new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance.
    • Support activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.
    • Participate in meetings with suppliers to discuss performance, process, and pricing.
    • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service. 
    • Work with the manager to coordinate engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.

    Customer Success 

    • Ensure fast and efficient new-client setup.
    • Ensure same-day service to US clients.
    • Secure client renewals through satisfaction with our service.
    • Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.
    • Manager customer relationships throught effecient communcation and CRM methods. 
    • Provide analysis and insight into customers through propietary FeedbackNow by Forrester data.
    • Support the sales effort providing material and insight.

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Bachelor’s degree; work experience is a plus.
    • A strong client orientation; committed to quickly satisfying client requests.
    • Good communication skills (written, phone, or in person with clients).
    • Detail oriented.
    • A pragmatic, hands-on, can-do mentality.
    • Efficient and polyvalent.
    • The ability to travel in North America on a regular basis.
    • Client service experience is a plus
