About This Role:
The Program Coordinator for Forrester Learning plays a key role in delivering great client experiences, primarily via the new CX Certification product. The Program Coordinator is responsible for smooth, efficient operations, in addition to defining new processes and a solid standard operating model for a new product family. The role offers exposure to product management, client engagement, and the creation and management of innovative digital experiences.
