    About This Role:

    The Program Coordinator for Forrester Learning plays a key role in delivering great client experiences, primarily via the new CX Certification product. The Program Coordinator is responsible for smooth, efficient operations, in addition to defining new processes and a solid standard operating model for a new product family. The role offers exposure to product management, client engagement, and the creation and management of innovative digital experiences. Great candidates are excited to join a fast-growing product family, thrive on variety on their daily work, and are willing to roll up their sleeves to identify novel solutions to the challenges they encounter.  


    Enrollment And Certification Management

    • Monitor incoming sales to ensure that all clients receive the scheduled cadence of welcome communications and are enrolled in a timely fashion.
    • Triage enrollment questions from prospects and sales colleagues.
    • Validate certification eligibility and issue certification upon course completion.


    • Deliver weekly analytics to large enrolled groups.
    • Analyze engagement trends and make recommendations for content updates and improvement.

    Client Communications

    • Schedule and manage kickoff, intervention, and course completion communications.


    • Ensure timely revenue recognition.
    • Coordinate enrolled clients’ time with Forrester analysts.
    • Distribute course surveys and summarize insights for action.
    • Document processes in the creation of a product standard operating model.

    Platform Implementation

    • Become fluent in NovoEd course design in order to clone/create new courses, including custom courses for new clients.
