    About This Role:

    Join Forrester’s newest and fast-growing product team to help design and implement leading-edge learning experiences. We’re on a mission to build on Forrester’s rich IP with differentiated, high-impact learning experiences that help companies achieve continuous transformation. You’ll be part of a new business unit, with the opportunity to apply your learning and ed tech expertise while informing product strategy and the Forrester Learning customer experience.


    Content Development And Production:

    • Design and develop highly engaging learning experiences by tapping into Forrester’s experts and their powerful stories.
    • Create research-based course content, including course “blueprints,” interactive exercises, social activities, and video scripts.
    • Build fun and effective microlearning curricula in Forrester’s eLearning platform, drawing on your knowledge of the latest adult learning principles and “online learning 3.0.”
    • Write accessible and compelling course copy, consistent with Forrester style.
    • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to manage the entire end-to-end production process for high-quality video content, tools, templates, and course “look and feel.”
    • Curate and continuously update course content in Forrester’s eLearning platform, mirroring Forrester’s latest research.
    • Build productive relationships across Forrester’s research organization, and help define a sustainable and efficient partnership strategy in line with Forrester’s syndicated business strategy.
    • Work effectively with the Forrester Learning team as it expands, actively seeking opportunities to bring pedagogical excellence and differentiation to a growing product family.


    • A strong academic background — a B.A. or B.S. is required.
    • Three to five years of experience in education, journalism, curriculum development, or ed tech.
    • Instructional design expertise; understanding of pedagogy and instructional approaches, curriculum design, and assessment.
    • A quick study and an expert translator of complex concepts. Synthesize large volumes of written research into clear, concise lessons most people can grasp.
    • An effective storyteller with advanced knowledge of how to engage diverse audiences.
    • A proven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working outside their job description to innovate and improve processes.
    • A customer-obsessed operator who always does what’s right for the customer and actively seeks opportunities to delight them with experiences that meet or exceed their needs.
    • The ability to “zoom out” to see the big picture and to “zoom in” where the details are critical.
    • As a bonus, a proven track record of developing eLearning content that thinks outside the box.
    • Design thinking, human-centered design, or UX experience a plus.
    • Previous experience with learning management systems (e.g., NovoEd or other microlearning platforms) and/or technical knowledge of traditional LMSes.
