    About This Role:

    Forrester is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative who is smart, articulate, hardworking, and goal oriented and wants to have a direct impact on Forrester’s success. We offer fast-paced, highly supportive opportunities that include interacting with sales and marketing executives (C-suite) over a broad range of B2B industries.

    Responsibilities

    • Call and email businesses across the globe to drive new client acquisition.
    • Contact inbound sales leads.
    • Do outbound calls to named lists to establish interest in SiriusDecisions (a Forrester company).
    • Maintain and add contacts to our sales and customer database.
    • Work closely with account executives to generate leads.
    • Improve sales skills and knowledge to become a productive account executive.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of high performance sales, marketing and product development functions.
    • Join one of the fastest-growing sales organizations in the research and advisory industry.

    Qualifications

    • A completed bachelor’s degree.
    • Two-plus years’ work experience.
    • Minimum of one-year experience as a business development representative (telesales, client success, or inside customer service).
    • Willingness to be part of a thriving, fun environment.
    • Ability to think on one’s feet and professional phone skills.
    • Ability to formulate outstanding questions.
    • Someone who is goal- and service-oriented, curious, smart, articulate, attentive, and eager to learn.
    • An achiever: We’d like to hear from someone who has participated in competitive sports, school government, or similar situations.
