    About This Role:

    Reporting to the accounting supervisor, the Staff Accountant is an integral part of the GL team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual. This position provides an excellent opportunity to quickly gain broad-based experience in a growth company.


    • Reconcile several of the balance sheet accounts for month-end and quarter-end closes, including, but not limited to, leases, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses.
    • Reconcile accrued payroll accounts related to ESPP, 401k, and FSA timely and accurately.
    • Ensure timely and accurate recording of standard journal entries.
    • Perform P&L and MD&A fluxes and analyses.
    • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
    • Provide items to assist with the requirements of auditors.
    • Identify and develop process/system improvements that increase the GL team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Perform other duties as necessary.


    • A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in accounting.
    • One to two years of accounting experience is preferred; however, recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong attention to detail and the initiative to resolve problems.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.
    • Organizational skills, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
