About This Role:

Forrester is looking for a Recruiter to join our global organization. We are seeking an innovative, intellectually curious, and hands-on Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of roles. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing robust recruitment plans and utilizing heavy direct sourcing and social networking to deliver highly qualified candidates in a timely manner. This position reports to the director of talent acquisition within the employee experience organization.

• Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies for your clients within Forrester; this includes creating a proactive sourcing strategy, directly sourcing talent, conducting preliminary screens and competency-based interviews, and facilitating interview team kickoffs and debrief sessions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the diversity of our talent pool, increase the number of employee referrals, and identify internal employee candidates.
• Interface regularly with internal stakeholders and hiring teams and communicate key metrics and insights on the recruiting pipeline and high-level strategy.
• Continuously work on ways to improve the process.
• Partner effectively with other colleagues across the employee experience team.

• Two to four years of previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally high-tech or professional services. 
• A passion for ruthlessly identifying, recruiting, and assessing talent.
• The ability to think strategically and influence hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of compliance issues related to recruiting.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.
• Discretion around sensitive company information.
