    About This Role:

    Successful Swiss fast-growing start-up, part of a large US company is looking for a person to support client service. A diverse “hands-on” job with potential to grow to a broader position.


    Main roles: Serve / Support clients

    • Ensure responsive and high-quality service for clients through helpline, email and couple of on-site visits to clients
    • Manage and optimize marketing elements of the company: SEO ranking, Web site, events…
    • Receive from supplier equipments, check quality, test equipment, manage stock
    • Set-up remotely database parameters for clients and ensure reports accuracy
    • Prepare and send equipment deliveries for abroad clients, manage database remotely for them
    • Maintain system on sites in Switzerland replace equipment in case of breakdown (i.e. access badge Geneva airport)
    • Support sales team back-office: simple PowerPoint and word document
    • Manage database and reporting systems, check quality, solve alerts and issues
    • Run some admin tasks: basic accounting, customs documents, HR tasks
    • Support Franchisee abroad: sending products, invoicing, helping them, setting up database for them
    • Many diverse other exciting start-up tasks


    • French, English, German languages mandatory
    • Car and driving license
    • Strong client-orientation, committed to satisfy clients requests fast and well
    • Good communication skills (written, in person with clients or on the phone…)
    • Precise, paying attention to details
    • Pragmatic, hands-on, can do mentality
    • Efficient and polyvalent
    • Flexible
    • Able to travel in Switzerland time to time


    Client service experience is a plus
