The Principal Analyst for the marketing operations strategy advisory service helps B2B marketing leaders operationalize their end-to-end revenue engine. We are looking for a creative problem solver with deep expertise in B2B technology management, agile process improvement, measurement, data and analytics, and marketing and campaign planning process optimization. This role entails assessing technology environments and developing technology requirements and roadmaps, conducting process audits and optimizing processes, and applying agile methodologies to marketing processes. You will establish effective budget tracking processes, orchestrate marketers with no direct reporting relationship to collaborate on effective marketing and campaign planning processes, and build effective measurement systems to measure and predict performance. The Principal Analyst also determines marketing goals and best ways to measure against goals and manage volumes of data. You will identify processes for contact and account profile data governance, unification, and use and guide organizations to optimize organizational structures for their operations function(s). The candidate must have exceptional writing, research, presentation development, analytical, and speaking skills critical to successfully engage and advise clients on best practices benefiting their strategy, execution, and growth.
