    About This Role:

    The Office Manager oversees the Wilton office by maintaining an organized, functional, and professional working environment and ensuring that corporate services processes are consistent with all Forrester offices. The Office Manager reports to the vice president of corporate services, whose office is located at Forrester’s headquarters in Cambridge, MA.


    • Manage office vendors — develop relationships; order supplies, plants, coffee, etc.; and monitor budget.
    • Maintain the office environment through proactive action and quality checks.
    • Monitor and respond to all issues and requests raised in the CS request forms.
    • Maintain all office equipment, including calling for service, changing toners, and liaising with the help desk team.
    • Act as liaison with the building management.
    • Greet clients and office visitors in a professional manner.
    • Administer security access for Wilton office employees and guests.
    • Distribute incoming daily mails and packages.
    • Coordinate shipping of outgoing packages and daily US mails.
    • Administer corporate catering program for Wilton office, including order placement, vendor management, menu selection, and supply inventory and orders.
    • Coordinate corporate employee events.
    • Contribute to setting up company meetings’ connectivity.
    • Report to and assist TM with AV and technology issues.
    • Provide new hire orientations for Wilton and regional remote hires.
    • Assist VP of corporate services with all space planning and coordination to accommodate constant growth and change.
    • Manage internal move planning and execution.
    • Identify and provide solutions to corporate services processes for the Wilton office.
    • Coordinate/maintain relationships with CS office managers/coordinators, ensuring consistency and standards between Forrester offices.
    • Maintain and forecast Wilton office’s corporate services budget.


    • Three or more years of corporate office administration experience.
    • A team player.
    • The ability to work independently, with a remote manager.
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • The ability to react quickly and intelligently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Technology proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
    • Willingness to render occasional overtime to support business needs.
    • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., as this position requires occasional heavy lifting and furniture arranging.
