    About This Role:

    The Program Manager provides a structured and personalized client experience that leverages Forrester analysts’ written research and deep market knowledge. The Program Manager is responsible for understanding the advisory products and processes and utilizing their knowledge to align client business strategy with Forrester analysts and seamlessly meet client needs. Program Managers drive the engagement from opportunity through delivery, operating as the project manager while ensuring a high-value delivery focused on actionable insights on clients’ business and technology challenges.


    • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with research analysts, consulting colleagues, customer success colleagues, and account sales teams.
    • Partner with analysts to develop an in-depth understanding of content for product offerings, and partner with account teams to understand clients’ challenges, while facilitating alignment between the two.
    • Achieve a quarterly revenue under management and bookings goal in partnership with the sales and/or research organizations. Goals are dependent on account or product area alignment for each Program Manager.
    • Work with clients to clarify their needs and expectations in alignment with the advisory offerings and around a specific coverage area.
    • Write approaches that incorporate client needs and analyst capabilities while adhering to best practices and standard pricing for Forrester deliverables.
    • Manage and execute on all tasks related to advisory engagements for clients, including scheduling of calls, note taking, and expectation setting.
    • Utilize internal systems to document and maintain the health and status of potential opportunities, engagements in flight, and those at risk of postponement/cancellation.
    • Follow up on activities related to completed sessions, including product feedback and quality of process and delivery.
    • Partner with account teams to educate clients and prospects on the value of advisory engagements.
    • Develop and deliver proactive advisory agendas, proposals, and programs for your aligned area.


    • A strong track record of academic achievement; B.A. or B.S. degree minimum and two years in a professional client-facing role preferred.
    • Project management skills, including attention to detail, task management, and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated account and client relationship management, including conflict resolution.
    • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
    • Intellectual curiosity about business and consumers and the impact that technology has on them.
