    About This Role:

    Reporting to the Manager of Global Contracts, the Contracts Administrator is an integral part of the contracts team and the finance department. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual that works well in a team environment. The position will be involved in various areas of the contract administration process, including order approval, document retention, as well as special projects as needed.


    • Create, audit, and approve orders in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for all deals signed by clients in a timely, efficient, and highly accurate manner. These include complex nonstandard contracts, government contracts, and contracts in foreign languages. Collaborate with sales reps and sales management when needed.
    • Apply business policies to each order as required including invoicing instructions, bookings credit, and product and pricing requirements.
    • Ensure compliance of client contracts with internal business, finance, and sales policies.
    • Resolve issues by answering questions and requests from sales representatives and internal constituents about our order management processes, contracts, and contract-related policies and procedures.
    • Maintain document retention within SFDC.
    • Provide dedicated DocuSign support to global sales teams.
    • Follow established instructions for routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments to enforce internal business, finance, and sales policies.


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
    • One to two years of finance/contracts and/or sales experience is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and customer service.
    • The ability to work under constant deadlines.
    • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels across a multicultural, global organization.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SFDC.
    • Excellent critical-thinking skills and proven ability to own the role in a team environment.
