- Engage as a thought partner with the team and global analysts to expand the existing research agenda, which includes digital products, enterprise platforms, marketplaces, and services.
- Identify and formulate innovative approaches to help clients succeed in digital business and transformation efforts.
- Partner with account teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Edit syndicated research reports and all expressions of content including videos, podcasts, blogs, infographics, etc., to ensure best-in-class quality of our intellectual property.
- Mentor and coach new members of the research team in support of their professional development goals.
- Account for the team performance goals such as research production, client inquiry, sales support, event participation, keynotes and track sessions, and consulting.
- Participate in Forrester-sponsored and other events to drive awareness on our digital business, innovation, and technology portfolio.
- Contribute to the growth of Forrester’s client contract value by obsessing over the relationship and delivering on our clients’ needs.
