About This Role:

Forrester’s Field Marketing Manager works with the field marketing director and fellow members of the North American field marketing team to develop and support regional marketing plans in creating demand as well as and driving and accelerating pipeline. This role partners with the NA sales teams in identifying marketing-supported needs and gaps to achieve our growth goals. You will work across marketing functions to create and execute plans using multiple market-specific activities to deliver maximum impact.


As such, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, highly collaborative, detail and data oriented, and customer focused.

Job Description:

  • Support two to three regional sales teams with the attainment of their CV (contract value) goals and regional pipeline needs. Understand goals, identify marketing needs, and gather feedback on marketing activities.
  • Proactively engage with central marketing teams to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on global/regional programs and assets.
  • Analyze regional pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts, including specific views for segments and sales reps.
  • Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Customize centrally created programs for local deployment.
  • Assess local marketing readiness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand marketing programs, including event venues and services and virtual event experiences.
  • Research, choose, design, and manage live in-person and virtual events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, mid-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates. Work closely with our analysts to manage and strategize content delivery.
  • Develop promotional assets for regional lead gen activities, including webinar and event registration pages, email templates, webinar platforms, and sales resources.
  • Communicate to and educate the sales team about new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
  • Management of self-service email campaigns for regional promotional marketing outreach
  • Focus on success metrics for in-region activities and tactics: Demand Waterfall metrics (e.g. sourced/influenced pipeline metrics, conversion rates), program metrics (e.g. inquiry/response rates, ROI), pipeline acceleration impact, in-person and virtual event metrics, and SLA metrics (sales compliance)

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Four-plus years’ experience in B2B marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua, On24, Wordpress, and/or Salesforce is preferred.
  • A background in Demand Waterfall and ABM program management is a plus.
  • Strong project/time management and prioritization.
  • An organized, data-centric mindset; keen attention to detail, processes, and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-person and virtual event experience.
