Forrester is looking for a Data Specialist to lead the process in transforming our survey data for optimal rendering, searchability, and quality in the data warehouse and client-facing analytics platform. This role is a crucial part of the research analytics operations team in creating and maintaining metadata for a range of B2B and B2C survey data, managing the platform testing process, and updating metadata over time to drive client experience improvements.
Our ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver experienced with primary market research methodologies and tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS, R) and in identifying process enhancements as a domain expert for our syndicated data on the platform. Successful candidates will constantly work with teams across the research organization.
