About This Role:

Forrester offers clients guided learning and certification programs for various business functions. The Manager, Certification Course Development facilitates collaboration among the content experts, product managers, and instructional designers to create consistent, high-quality learning experiences across the portfolio of certification offerings. This role leads the project management of the design and content creation of these online certification programs.

Job Description:

As Forrester’s certification course creation process expert, the Manager, Certification Course Development partners with research directors and their teams to turn best practices, models, and frameworks into certification courses and content.

  • Define and document the process and best practices of turning our existing research frameworks into certification programs for Forrester’s clients.
  • Collaborate with research directors and their teams to turn our research and best practices into effective learning agendas for our clients.
  • Partner with the digital strategy team to project-manage the certification program content’s design and production.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to manage a cross-functional team to deliver a quality product on time.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to bridge between content experts and instructional designers.
  • Experience in the process of e-learning curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Clear and concise writing and communication skills.
