The team’s focus is CX — how customers perceive their interactions with companies. Research Associates support analysts, help our clients improve the delivery of great customer experiences across all the competencies for which they are responsible for, such as: understanding customer needs and motivations, embedding customer insights into organizations, measuring the quality of experiences, and proving the financial benefit of projects and programs that improve customer experience.   The successful candidate will report to a research director and will support several analysts who research, write, and publish reports, blog posts, video blogs, and presentations for clients in order to help CX professionals be successful in their roles. Engagements for this practice include custom primary market research/analysis and creation of marketing content for B2B marketers in technology and beyond.   The Market Impact Consultant owns the delivery of these custom engagements with input from Forrester’s analysts and subject matter experts. The Consultant leads the delivery team in determining the objective(s) for the collateral assets/program, developing storylines and research approaches, collecting and analyzing data, and turning those insights into compelling content marketing assets for the client’s use and widespread distribution.
