About This Role: Under the direction of the director of internal audit, the Internal Auditor is responsible for the timely execution of activities related to the Sarbanes-Oxley project and risk-based internal audits in accordance with the internal audit plan; this includes all activities from updating control documentation, performing walkthroughs with control owners, test planning, and presenting of results to management. The Internal Auditor is also responsible for identifying and researching applicable operational/financial/technical issues and effectively applying knowledge of company operations to audit matters. The Internal Auditor also partners with the auditees in Forrester to proactively assess and assist in managing business risks.

About This Role: We are looking for an Account Manager who can assist us in growing our existing account base in the US Federal Government, specifically with the Department of Homeland Security. Preferably with prior experience in selling business services to senior-level government executives in a highly competitive market, the candidate must excel at finding and closing new business, maintaining and building on current relationships, and commanding presence with their strong business acumen. Success in this position requires a transparent and repeatable sales process.   The Account Manager must meet monthly and quarterly quotas, which will require upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. This entails significant prospecting efforts within client accounts to generate consistent, new pipeline by daily demonstrating Forrester’s capabilities and business fit to top government executives. This position requires travel as needed.

About This Role: Reporting to the assistant controller, the Revenue Staff Accountant is a member of Forrester’s global revenue accounting team who is responsible for accurately recording consolidated revenue for all of Forrester’s entities. This position is a key role within the finance organization and works closely with the revenue team to ensure worldwide revenue is compliant with accounting and reporting standards. In addition to revenue responsibilities, this role assists the US accounts receivable team and has cross-functional opportunities to partner with Forrester’s sales and consulting organizations on various business processes that have a financial statement impact.

About This Role: Reporting to the senior tax manager, the Senior Tax Analyst will participate in all aspects of the firm’s tax compliance, planning, controversy, and financial reporting efforts. The Senior Tax Analyst will also provide audit support, ensure processes and procedures are SOX compliant, perform tax research, and assist the senior tax manager with identifying the tax implications of any research and planning projects.   This position will work closely with the senior tax manager and the other Senior Tax Analyst to ensure that the tax function of the company runs smoothly. The Senior Tax Analyst will assist with the preparation of: 1) quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and 2) quarterly and annual federal- and state-related tax compliance, including compliance relating to international subsidiaries. This will include the integration of computer applications with the company’s provision and compliance processes. This position will also prepare filings for other taxes, including franchise, property, etc.; assist with IRS and state audits; and respond to related tax correspondence, including information requests, notices, etc. This is an opportunity for the right person to get exposure to many areas of tax.   This role requires a highly motivated individual who possesses strong attention to detail, has good organizational and interpersonal skills, and adapts quickly. The Senior Tax Analyst will be expected to build on tax technical competence by keeping up to date on legislative and regulatory tax developments and trends.

The ideal candidate has both deep experience in and curiosity about modern software architecture, cloud-native development, application integration, and APIs. Candidates should also have a good grasp of how these technologies and platforms contribute to improved business outcomes.   The successful candidate researches new technology platforms and tools, uncovers best practices, and delivers research in written reports, presentations, and custom advisory sessions for software leaders across industries and geographies.
